Hohlfasern erm\u00f6glichen blitzschnelle \u00dcbertragungsgeschwindigkeiten."},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">China Telecom, Yangtze Optical Fibre and Cable und Dekoli haben sich im Rahmen der Nationalen Forschungsinitiative Chinas zusammengeschlossen, um Daten\u00fcbertragungen \u00fcber ein Hohlkern-Glasfaserkabel durchzuf\u00fchren und damit einen neuen Branchenstandard zu setzen. Mithilfe eines optimierten \u00dcbertragungssystems erreichte das Team eine Gesamt\u00fcbertragungskapazit\u00e4t von 51,3 Tbit\/s \u00fcber eine Distanz von rund 206 km \u2013 ganz ohne den Einsatz von Signalverst\u00e4rkern. Der Test wurde mit dem weltweit l\u00e4ngsten kommerziellen grenz\u00fcberschreitenden Hohlkernkabel durchgef\u00fchrt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>Anders als bei herk\u00f6mmlichen Glasfaserkabeln, bei denen sich Licht durch Glas ausbreitet, nutzt diese neue Technologie einen Hohlkern zur \u00dcbertragung von Lichtsignalen durch die Luft. Dieses Design \u00fcberwindet die physikalischen Grenzen von herk\u00f6mmlichem Glas, reduziert die Signallatenz und erh\u00f6ht die Bandbreite deutlich. Diese Eigenschaften machen Hohlkern-Glasfaseroptik zu einer Schl\u00fcsseltechnologie f\u00fcr zuk\u00fcnftige Backbone-Netzwerke und gro\u00dfe Rechenzentren.<br><br>Es ist wichtig zu beachten, dass die Hochleistungs-Daten\u00fcbertragung in realen Umgebungen au\u00dferhalb des Labors eine Reihe von Stabilit\u00e4tsherausforderungen mit sich bringt, die langfristig bew\u00e4ltigt werden m\u00fcssen. Chinesische Ingenieure haben versucht, die Stabilit\u00e4t durch die Einf\u00fchrung eines adaptiven Ratenregelungsmechanismus und einer flexiblen Kanalleistungsverteilung zu verbessern. Das System passt die Daten\u00fcbertragung f\u00fcr jede Wellenl\u00e4nge individuell dynamisch an und erm\u00f6glicht so einen Hybridbetrieb mit unterschiedlichen Geschwindigkeiten und Einstellungen.<br><br>Ein weiterer wichtiger Bestandteil des Systems ist die neue Verst\u00e4rkerarchitektur, die mit zwei Verst\u00e4rkungsstufen ein stabiles Signal und eine maximale Ausgangsleistung von 33,5 dBm (ca. 2,2 W optische Leistung) gew\u00e4hrleistet. Aufgrund dieser hohen Werte wurden fortschrittliche Schutzmechanismen in das System integriert. Dazu geh\u00f6ren die kontinuierliche Stabilit\u00e4ts\u00fcberwachung, die automatische Abschaltung bei Erkennung gef\u00e4hrlicher Zust\u00e4nde und Alarmsysteme.
