But we never know when this can change drastically. In foreign markets, we can observe a greater number of new manufacturers of smart rings, even those that cost only a few tens of euros. The M1 ring is one of those that promises a lot for a little money. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It&#039;s available from online retailer GeekBuying and, according to the manufacturer, offers continuous heart rate measurement, blood oxygen saturation and intensity during sports activities. The M1 smart ring enables assessment by activity via the accompanying app. It also has a built-in pedometer. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The accuracy of the measurements of the M1 smart ring can be very questionable. The experience of users who have tried Chinese smart rings is inconsistent. Some are satisfied, others extremely disappointed, and most agree that the measurements are not at the level of the best. The M1 smart ring can be used while swimming, as it is water resistant up to 5 ATM.
