Testing is mostly taking place in Sweden and although the new model is camouflaged, some facts are already known. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It is the CLA model and will be the first to be based on Mercedes&#039; special structure that supports electric architecture. The whole is designed for both combustion engine and electric models. The new models will also have improved brakes and a rear spoiler. So we can expect cars that will &quot;hold us in corners&quot; better. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/mercedes_amg_cla_front_left_three_quarter-1024x683.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2495095\"\/><figcaption>Photo: AUTOCAR<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Standard CLA models will have the option of rear-wheel drive or all-wheel drive. In AMG models, the 4-wheel drive is said to produce 500 horsepower. The differences between the engines of the regular CLA and the AMG version will of course be obvious.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mercedes promises a range of up to about 450 km for the single-engine model. We also learned that the new CLA will have the option of charging the car with a power of up to 250 kW. You will also be able to use it as a source of energy, because it has the possibility of two-way charging. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/mercedes_amg_cla_rear_three_quarter-1024x683.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2495097\"\/><figcaption>Photo: AUTOCAR<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It is not known which models Mercedes will offer to customers.
