Phison's solid state drive, with the X2 trade mark, will offer data transfer speeds of up to 14GB\/s. The 3D NAND memory elements will be manufactured using 12-nanometer technology. In addition, the new Solid State drives will be compatible with artificial intelligence. The icing on the cake will undoubtedly be the high data storage capacity. The most powerful model will offer up to 128 terabytes of space.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Phison X2 solid state drives will most likely go on sale later this year. At first, of course, they will be intended only for server systems, and a little later also for workstations.
