On paper, it&#039;s a pretty aggressive leap. Ten processor cores without the classic power-saving cores, a new 16-core graphics, 200 TOPS UI performance, and the first mobile SoC with support for LPDDR6 memory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The chip is manufactured using TSMC&#039;s 3-nanometer process and contains approximately 24 billion transistors. The processor uses ten powerful cores divided into three groups. The fastest C1-Ultra cores reach 4.35 GHz, the four C1-Premium cores operate at 3.68 GHz, and the remaining four C1-Pro cores operate at 3.15 GHz. Xiaomi claims that the processor performance is up to 60 % higher compared to the XRing 01, and the consumption is up to 25 % lower in medium and low loads.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">An even bigger leap is expected to be made by the new 16-core G2-Ultra NX GPU. According to Xiaomi&#039;s measurements, it offers 85 % higher graphics performance, 182 % better ray tracing, and up to 64 % lower power consumption than the graphics in the XRing 01. Eight neural accelerators are also included for features such as UI upscaling and generating additional frames in games.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/Xiaomi-XRing-03-translated-image-CPU-648w-864h.jpg.webp\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-id=\"2696851\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/Xiaomi-XRing-03-translated-image-CPU-648w-864h.jpg.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2696851\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/Xiaomi-XRing-03-translated-image-GPU-648w-864h.jpg.webp\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-id=\"2696853\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/Xiaomi-XRing-03-translated-image-GPU-648w-864h.jpg.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2696853\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The quad-core NPU reaches up to 200 TOPS, and the local UI performance is said to be 45 % higher. The XRing 03 is also the first phone processor to support LPDDR6, which achieves a throughput of 113.8 GB\/s, or about 48 % more than its predecessor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The photography part has also progressed.
