Cient\u00edficos de la Universidad de Fudan en Shangh\u00e1i han presentado el primer chip flash 2D completamente funcional, que combina tecnolog\u00eda de memoria 2D ultrarr\u00e1pida con una plataforma CMOS madura basada en silicio.<br><br>El dispositivo admite instrucciones de 8 bits y procesamiento de acceso aleatorio paralelo de 32 bits, y alcanza una eficiencia de celda de memoria del 94,3 %. Su velocidad de operaci\u00f3n supera las tecnolog\u00edas flash existentes, lo que marca la primera integraci\u00f3n exitosa de materiales 2D con silicio.<br><br>En la era de la inteligencia artificial, donde la velocidad de acceso a los datos es crucial, esta innovaci\u00f3n resuelve uno de los mayores desaf\u00edos de la inform\u00e1tica moderna, es decir, las arquitecturas de memoria lentas y que desperdician energ\u00eda.<br><br>El equipo desarroll\u00f3 un prototipo de memoria flash PoX 2D en abril, alcanzando una velocidad de escritura de 400 picosegundos. Esta es la escritura de memoria m\u00e1s r\u00e1pida jam\u00e1s registrada. Al integrarla en las plataformas CMOS existentes, los cient\u00edficos han reducido significativamente el tiempo de uso comercial.<br><br>Utilizando materiales 2D flexibles y un enfoque modular, crearon conexiones estables entre circuitos 2D y sustratos CMOS a nivel at\u00f3mico, lo que permiti\u00f3 una comunicaci\u00f3n eficiente entre las dos tecnolog\u00edas.<br><br>El chip ya ha completado la fase de producci\u00f3n, y se planea la producci\u00f3n piloto y su expansi\u00f3n a un sistema de megabytes en los pr\u00f3ximos tres a cinco a\u00f1os.
