La parte voladora del dispositivo tiene unos 30 metros de ancho y est\u00e1 equipada con alas ultraligeras de fibra de carbono. Todo el sistema de monitorizaci\u00f3n, operado por Energy China, se basa en hardware inform\u00e1tico con inteligencia artificial que monitoriza las condiciones meteorol\u00f3gicas en monitores de 81,28 cm (32 pulgadas).
