Ahora, investigadores han presentado una soluci\u00f3n basada en sistemas l\u00e1ser de alta energ\u00eda. Estos l\u00e1seres utilizan una potencia inimaginable para fundir y vaporizar materiales que antes eran resistentes al procesamiento a alta velocidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El n\u00facleo de esta tecnolog\u00eda es un cabezal l\u00e1ser que genera un haz de luz concentrado con tal intensidad que puede cortar acero grueso o penetrar las formaciones geol\u00f3gicas m\u00e1s duras. La principal ventaja de estos &quot;megal\u00e1seres&quot; es que funcionan sin contacto f\u00edsico con la pieza de trabajo. Esto significa que no hay fricci\u00f3n, ni sobrecalentamiento de las piezas mec\u00e1nicas y, sobre todo, no es necesario cambiar constantemente brocas costosas. El sistema est\u00e1 dise\u00f1ado para funcionar de forma continua, lo que reduce dr\u00e1sticamente el tiempo necesario para perforar t\u00faneles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Esta tecnolog\u00eda no se limita a la miner\u00eda, sino que tiene un enorme potencial para la instalaci\u00f3n de infraestructuras subterr\u00e1neas. La excavaci\u00f3n tradicional genera ruido, polvo y contaminaci\u00f3n ambiental. El sistema l\u00e1ser, en cambio, permite perforar de forma m\u00e1s silenciosa y limpia canales precisos para cables el\u00e9ctricos y otras instalaciones.
