En la pr\u00e1ctica, esto significa que los desarrolladores de aplicaciones solo pueden usar Neural Engine para inferir o ejecutar modelos preentrenados, pero no pueden desarrollar ni entrenar nuevos algoritmos desde cero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un investigador conocido con el alias en l\u00ednea &quot;0x0SojalSec&quot; ha publicado en GitHub el c\u00f3digo fuente que detalla c\u00f3mo aprovechar todo el potencial del silicio y lograr 15,8 TFLOPS de potencia de c\u00e1lculo oculta para aplicaciones de aprendizaje autom\u00e1tico. Si bien esta cifra no constituye un r\u00e9cord actual, la haza\u00f1a es notable porque se realiz\u00f3 completamente fuera del entorno de desarrollo oficial de Apple.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dado que la configuraci\u00f3n de seguridad de la empresa no permite la comunicaci\u00f3n directa con el motor neuronal para tareas tan avanzadas, el autor del proyecto tuvo que buscar una soluci\u00f3n sin utilizar herramientas de software oficiales como CoreML o Metal, y tampoco pod\u00eda depender de la GPU. En su lugar, desarroll\u00f3 su propio lenguaje intermedio desde cero. Esta soluci\u00f3n de software personalizada act\u00faa como un puente, permitiendo la retropropagaci\u00f3n completa de errores y el aprendizaje de modelos transformadores directamente en el chip neuronal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Debido a las limitaciones de hardware impuestas por la f\u00e1brica, fue necesario implementar soluciones ingeniosas para mantener la estabilidad del sistema operativo. Si un proceso se bloquea o se congela durante la fase de aprendizaje intensivo, el lenguaje de programaci\u00f3n personalizado utiliza un comando de ejecuci\u00f3n especial para reiniciarlo. De esta forma, el sistema actualiza su estado y contin\u00faa procesando datos sin que la aplicaci\u00f3n se bloquee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un desaf\u00edo importante al ejecutar cargas de trabajo tan exigentes fue tambi\u00e9n la velocidad de operaci\u00f3n. Para que todo el proceso de aprendizaje funcionara con la mayor fluidez posible, el desarrollador configur\u00f3 el sistema para que escribiera todos los datos directamente en la memoria de trabajo.
