Este chip es una respuesta directa a las estrictas restricciones a la exportaci\u00f3n impuestas por Estados Unidos, que impiden a China el acceso a m\u00e1quinas de litograf\u00eda de \u00faltima generaci\u00f3n y a memorias HBM (High Bandwidth Memory) de alta velocidad.<br><br>El DF1000 est\u00e1 fabricado con un proceso de 14 nm maduro y probado. La compa\u00f1\u00eda afirma que su nuevo chip puede ofrecer hasta 520 teraflops (TFLOPS) de potencia de c\u00e1lculo con precisi\u00f3n BF16, el est\u00e1ndar para el aprendizaje de grandes modelos de lenguaje. Esto equivale a un rendimiento de aproximadamente 52,6 % en comparaci\u00f3n con los procesadores insignia H100 y H200 de Nvidia, pero la ventaja clave reside en otro aspecto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mediante computaci\u00f3n definida por software y computaci\u00f3n 3D cercana a la memoria, el nuevo chip alcanza un ancho de banda de memoria de 6,4 TB\/s. Esto representa casi el doble que el H100 de Nvidia y aproximadamente 33 % m\u00e1s que el H200. Gracias a una interconexi\u00f3n vertical especial, la memoria DRAM cl\u00e1sica se apila directamente sobre el circuito del procesador, lo que acorta dr\u00e1sticamente la ruta de datos y elimina la necesidad de la costosa memoria HBM.<br><br>Si bien estas especificaciones son impresionantes sobre el papel, la realidad es algo diferente.
