Ceux-ci ont attir\u00e9 beaucoup d\u2019attention en raison de leurs excellentes propri\u00e9t\u00e9s opto\u00e9lectroniques, de leur simplicit\u00e9 et de leur co\u00fbt de fabrication potentiellement faible. En 2021, l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 record de la conversion de l\u2019\u00e9nergie solaire en \u00e9lectricit\u00e9 a atteint 26 %, ce qui est comparable aux cellules solaires au silicium les plus efficaces.
