Il y a une dizaine d&#039;ann\u00e9es, ces trois caract\u00e9ristiques professionnelles \u00e9taient les plus recherch\u00e9es par les salari\u00e9s. Quelques ann\u00e9es plus tard, une bonne relation avec son sup\u00e9rieur hi\u00e9rarchique est entr\u00e9e dans la liste des facteurs les plus importants de satisfaction au travail. En 2021, pendant la pand\u00e9mie, les relations avec les coll\u00e8gues et l&#039;\u00e9quilibre entre vie professionnelle et vie priv\u00e9e \u00e9taient toujours les plus importants, mais la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration a gagn\u00e9 en importance. Ces donn\u00e9es sont peut-\u00eatre surprenantes, car nous vivons en m\u00eame temps dans une p\u00e9riode de ch\u00f4mage record. Nous parlons bien s\u00fbr ici de ruptures technologiques, actuellement les plus importantes dans le domaine de l\u2019intelligence artificielle g\u00e9n\u00e9rative. Les participants \u00e0 l\u2019enqu\u00eate qui accordent la priorit\u00e9 \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de l\u2019emploi \u00e9taient plus susceptibles de se dire pr\u00e9occup\u00e9s par l\u2019impact de l\u2019intelligence artificielle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&#039;impact des avanc\u00e9es technologiques sur l&#039;emploi n&#039;est pas nouveau. Cependant, l&#039;intelligence artificielle g\u00e9n\u00e9rative accentue encore davantage ce bouleversement. Cet impact se fait sentir non seulement chez ceux qui effectuent des t\u00e2ches r\u00e9p\u00e9titives, mais aussi chez ceux qui exercent des professions cr\u00e9atives et conceptuelles. Il est donc logique que d&#039;autres attributs, tels que les possibilit\u00e9s d&#039;apprentissage et d&#039;\u00e9volution professionnelle, le salaire et autres avantages offerts par les employeurs, soient \u00e9galement plus importants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le march\u00e9 du travail mondial reste confiant...<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, la demande de collaborateurs talentueux a augment\u00e9. Les employeurs continuent de signaler qu\u2019il y a une p\u00e9nurie de main-d\u2019\u0153uvre appropri\u00e9e et, de l\u2019avis de tous, la situation ne changera pas, et encore moins ne se r\u00e9soudra pas, de si t\u00f4t. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il est toutefois int\u00e9ressant de noter que la plupart des participants \u00e0 l\u2019enqu\u00eate BCG restent positifs et confiants. La plupart des salari\u00e9s n\u2019ont pas peur que l\u2019intelligence artificielle puisse les remplacer. En revanche, les r\u00e9pondants restent r\u00e9alistes. La plupart des personnes autour de 70% s&#039;attendent \u00e0 ce que leur emploi change, souvent beaucoup, et s&#039;attendent \u00e0 devoir acqu\u00e9rir de nouvelles comp\u00e9tences.
