R\u00e9cemment, des d\u00e9veloppeurs chinois ont introduit un syst\u00e8me de refroidissement passif absorbant l\u2019humidit\u00e9, envelopp\u00e9 dans une membrane, pour une gestion thermique haute performance, peu co\u00fbteuse et durable des composants \u00e9lectroniques.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> Une analyse de Tom&#039;s Hardware sugg\u00e8re qu&#039;une m\u00e9thode de refroidissement r\u00e9volutionnaire utilisant de l&#039;eau sal\u00e9e pourrait am\u00e9liorer les performances du processeur jusqu&#039;\u00e0 32,65 %.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le projet, d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 en Chine, est le fruit d&#039;un effort de collaboration entre des chercheurs souhaitant cr\u00e9er une nouvelle m\u00e9thode de refroidissement passif similaire au dispositif semi-conducteur Airjet de Frore. Cependant, au lieu d&#039;un flux d&#039;air activ\u00e9 par les vibrations, cette approche inhabituelle utilise une solution d&#039;eau sal\u00e9e qui permet simultan\u00e9ment d&#039;absorber l&#039;humidit\u00e9 de l&#039;air ambiant et de s&#039;\u00e9vaporer \u00e0 partir d&#039;une membrane plac\u00e9e \u00e0 l&#039;int\u00e9rieur de l&#039;unit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bien que l&#039;eau sal\u00e9e fasse initialement craindre la corrosion, cette alternative \u00e9conomique offre un refroidissement efficace du processeur 10 fois plus long que les alternatives modernes, car le bromure de lithium est solidement scell\u00e9 et reste poreux, et l&#039;absence de pi\u00e8ces mobiles r\u00e9duirait consid\u00e9rablement l&#039;usure. Au cours des tests, les chercheurs ont d\u00e9couvert que le refroidisseur HSMHD pouvait permettre au processeur anonyme de fonctionner confortablement \u00e0 des temp\u00e9ratures inf\u00e9rieures \u00e0 64\u00b0C pendant plus de six heures et demie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Actuellement, le concurrent le plus proche de ce refroidisseur \u00e0 base de sel est un r\u00e9seau m\u00e9tallo-organique (MOF), dont le fonctionnement interne reste tout aussi complexe. Cependant, selon une analyse compl\u00e9mentaire de l&#039;article par Tom&#039;s Hardware, ce MOF \u00e0 base de chrome serait 1\u00a0000 fois moins co\u00fbteux que cette nouvelle solution HSMHS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Des chercheurs de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de la ville de Hong Kong et de l\u2019\u00c9cole d\u2019ing\u00e9nierie \u00e9lectrique et \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 des sciences et technologies de Huazhong \u00e0 Wuhan ont effectu\u00e9 leurs tests avec le mod\u00e8le final, mais ont affirm\u00e9 qu\u2019il s\u2019agissait d\u2019une solution rentable et auto-r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9ratrice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cette solution inhabituelle de contr\u00f4le thermique du processeur ne sera pas utilis\u00e9e dans votre prochain ordinateur portable ni m\u00eame dans la future Xbox, car les chercheurs \u00e0 l&#039;origine de cette technologie ont jet\u00e9 leur d\u00e9volu sur les batteries pour l&#039;\u00e9nergie solaire et le refroidissement de b\u00e2timents entiers tels que les centres de donn\u00e9es.
