Il s&#039;agit du premier ordinateur quantique construit selon le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 standard CMOS (semi-conducteur \u00e0 oxyde m\u00e9tallique compl\u00e9mentaire) utilis\u00e9 pour la fabrication de puces informatiques classiques.<br><br><strong>Architecture silicium pour la production de masse<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un \u00e9l\u00e9ment cl\u00e9 est le d\u00e9veloppement de la cryo\u00e9lectronique, qui connecte des bits quantiques (qubits) \u00e0 des circuits de contr\u00f4le \u00e0 des temp\u00e9ratures extr\u00eamement basses. Cela permet une \u00e9volutivit\u00e9 significative des processeurs quantiques. \u00ab\u00a0C&#039;est un moment crucial pour l&#039;informatique quantique\u00a0\u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 James Palles-Dimmock, PDG de l&#039;entreprise. \u00ab\u00a0Nous avons d\u00e9montr\u00e9 qu&#039;il est possible de construire un ordinateur quantique fiable avec une technologie de production de masse.\u00a0\u00bb<br><br><strong>Conception modulaire pour les centres de donn\u00e9es<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le syst\u00e8me comprend des unit\u00e9s de traitement quantique (QPU), une interface utilisateur et une pile de contr\u00f4le prenant en charge des infrastructures industrielles telles que Qiskit et Cirq. Il occupe seulement trois racks de serveurs de 19 pouces de large, qui abritent le syst\u00e8me de refroidissement et l&#039;\u00e9lectronique de contr\u00f4le. C&#039;est une solution id\u00e9ale pour les centres de donn\u00e9es.<br><br>Michael Cuthbert, directeur du NQCC, a soulign\u00e9 que la conception modulaire permet de mettre \u00e0 niveau des QPU plus grands sans modifier la taille physique du syst\u00e8me. \u00ab Nous sommes impatients de commencer les tests et de voir comment les applications concr\u00e8tes s&#039;adapteront \u00e0 cette architecture silicium \u00bb, a-t-il d\u00e9clar\u00e9.<br><br><strong>Production industrielle de qubits<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Contrairement \u00e0 d&#039;autres approches, Quantum Motion utilise des proc\u00e9d\u00e9s industriels de fabrication de puces de 300 mm dans des usines de qubits commerciales. L&#039;architecture est con\u00e7ue pour s&#039;adapter \u00e0 des millions de qubits, ouvrant la voie \u00e0 une informatique quantique commercialement viable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ab Avec la livraison de ce syst\u00e8me, nous sommes sur la bonne voie pour mettre sur le march\u00e9 des ordinateurs quantiques utilisables au cours de cette d\u00e9cennie \u00bb, a ajout\u00e9 le pr\u00e9sident Hugo Saleh.<br><br>Le QPU repose sur une architecture en dalles combinant calcul, lecture et contr\u00f4le selon un mod\u00e8le dense et reproductible.
