Elle conserve les donn\u00e9es m\u00eame lorsque l&#039;ordinateur est hors tension.<br><br>Des scientifiques de l&#039;Universit\u00e9 h\u00e9bra\u00efque de J\u00e9rusalem ont d\u00e9couvert une m\u00e9thode in\u00e9dite permettant de contr\u00f4ler l&#039;\u00e9tat magn\u00e9tique des solides \u00e0 l&#039;aide d&#039;un faisceau laser. Cette d\u00e9couverte, publi\u00e9e dans la revue Physical Review Research, repr\u00e9sente une avanc\u00e9e majeure dans la compr\u00e9hension de l&#039;interaction entre la lumi\u00e8re et les mat\u00e9riaux magn\u00e9tiques.<br><br>\u00ab Cette d\u00e9couverte offre un potentiel consid\u00e9rable pour le d\u00e9veloppement de syst\u00e8mes de m\u00e9moire magn\u00e9tor\u00e9sistifs \u00e0 commande optique, extr\u00eamement rapides et \u00e9conomes en \u00e9nergie \u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Amir Capua, directeur du Laboratoire de spintronique. La spintronique, qui associe le spin de l&#039;\u00e9lectron et l&#039;\u00e9lectronique, est \u00e0 la base des syst\u00e8mes de m\u00e9moire magn\u00e9tor\u00e9sistifs, o\u00f9 les donn\u00e9es sont stock\u00e9es par magn\u00e9tisation.<br><br>Des chercheurs ont d\u00e9couvert que des ondes lumineuses oscillant rapidement peuvent contr\u00f4ler des aimants.
