Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9 principalement pour forcer les fabricants d&#039;ordinateurs \u00e0 adh\u00e9rer \u00e0 des normes techniques plus strictes qu&#039;avec Thunderbolt 3.
