M\u00eame si l&#039;entreprise accusera encore un retard d&#039;une g\u00e9n\u00e9ration \u00e0 cette date, ce niveau d&#039;int\u00e9gration devrait largement suffire \u00e0 maintenir la comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9 de l&#039;\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me technologique chinois face aux concurrents occidentaux.<br><br>Pour r\u00e9aliser cette avanc\u00e9e majeure, Huawei pr\u00e9voit d&#039;utiliser une technologie baptis\u00e9e \u00ab\u00a0empilement logique\u00a0\u00bb. Il s&#039;agit d&#039;une \u00e9volution des m\u00e9thodes d&#039;empilement tridimensionnelles existantes, o\u00f9 deux puces sont plac\u00e9es directement l&#039;une sur l&#039;autre. Ce proc\u00e9d\u00e9 permet d&#039;obtenir une densit\u00e9 de transistors nettement sup\u00e9rieure sur une m\u00eame surface de plaquette de silicium, sans n\u00e9cessiter de gravure plus fine.
