Prije otprilike deset godina, ove tri karakteristike posla bile su najtra\u017eenije me\u0111u zaposlenicima. Nekoliko godina kasnije, dobar odnos s nadre\u0111enim u\u0161ao je na popis najva\u017enijih \u010dimbenika zadovoljstva poslom. Godine 2021., tijekom pandemije, ljudi su i dalje najvi\u0161e cijenili odnose s kolegama i ravnote\u017eu izme\u0111u poslovnog i privatnog \u017eivota, ali financijska naknada dobila je na va\u017enosti. Mo\u017eda je ovaj podatak iznena\u0111uju\u0107i, jer se istovremeno nalazimo u razdoblju rekordno niske nezaposlenosti. Kada govorimo o sigurnosti posla, uglavnom mislimo na doga\u0111aje vezane uz goleme promjene u brojnim industrijama i geopoliti\u010dku neizvjesnost. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">BCG smatra da to nisu glavni razlozi, ve\u0107 bi sigurnost radnog mjesta trebala biti na prvom mjestu jer su ljudi zabrinuti za dugoro\u010dnu zapo\u0161ljivost. Ovdje je, naravno, rije\u010d o tehnolo\u0161kim poreme\u0107ajima, trenutno najve\u0107im u podru\u010dju generativne umjetne inteligencije. Ispitanici u anketi kojima je sigurnost radnog mjesta prioritet vjerojatnije su izrazili zabrinutost zbog utjecaja umjetne inteligencije.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Utjecaj tehnolo\u0161kog razvoja na radna mjesta nije ni\u0161ta novo. Me\u0111utim, \u010dinjenica je da generativna umjetna inteligencija podi\u017ee razinu ovog poreme\u0107aja na vi\u0161u razinu. Utjecaj ne osje\u0107aju samo oni koji obavljaju repetitivne zadatke, ve\u0107 i drugi s kreativnim i konceptualnim profesijama. Stoga je sasvim logi\u010dno da su i drugi atributi, poput mogu\u0107nosti u\u010denja i razvoja karijere, pla\u0107e i drugih \u201epogodnosti\u201c koje nude poslodavci, tako\u0111er vi\u0161e na ljestvici.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Globalno tr\u017ei\u0161te rada i dalje je uvjerljivo...<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">U posljednjih nekoliko godina pove\u0107ana je potra\u017enja za talentiranim zaposlenicima. Poslodavci i dalje javljaju da nedostaje odgovaraju\u0107e radne snage i, po svemu sude\u0107i, situacija se u skorije vrijeme ne\u0107e promijeniti, a kamoli rije\u0161iti. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zanimljivo je, me\u0111utim, da ve\u0107ina sudionika BCG ankete ostaje pozitivna i samouvjerena. Ve\u0107ina zaposlenika ne boji se da bi ih umjetna inteligencija mogla zamijeniti. S druge strane, ispitanici ostaju realni. Ve\u0107ina oko 70% o\u010dekuje da \u0107e se njihovi poslovi promijeniti, \u010desto puno, i o\u010dekuju da \u0107e morati nau\u010diti nove vje\u0161tine. Ispitanici koji \u017eive u zemljama u kojima je sigurnost posla glavni \u010dimbenik zadovoljstva poslom najotvoreniji su za prekvalifikaciju. Njihov glavni cilj je, naravno, osigurati dugoro\u010dnu zapo\u0161ljivost. Ispitanici koji vjeruju da \u0107e generativna umjetna inteligencija imati ve\u0107i utjecaj na njihova radna mjesta dijele sli\u010dno mi\u0161ljenje - mo\u017eda kao preventivna mjera, omogu\u0107uju\u0107i im da po potrebi potpuno promijene posao.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">O istra\u017eiva\u010dkoj seriji \u201eDekodiranje globalnog talenta\u201c<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>&#8220;<em>Dekodiranje globalnog talenta<\/em>\u201d je najve\u0107i izvor podataka o tome gdje i kako ljudi \u017eele raditi. Sadr\u017ei gotovo 900 000 odgovora na ovu temu.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Rije\u010d je o zajedni\u010dkom projektu BCG-a, The Networka i The Stepstone Groupa.<\/li><li>Trenuta\u010dno izvje\u0161\u0107e sadr\u017ei trendove i preferencije u podru\u010dju metoda rada, uklju\u010duju\u0107i najcjenjenije osobine posla, spremnost na u\u010denje novih vje\u0161tina i klju\u010dne \u010dimbenike koji bi utjecali na neprihvatljivost poslova. <\/li><li>Ovogodi\u0161nje istra\u017eivanje posebno se fokusira na utjecaj umjetne inteligencije. <\/li><li>U ovogodi\u0161njoj anketi istra\u017eili smo novi utjecaj na na\u010dine rada: GenAI. <\/li><\/ul>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kar \u0161teje na delovnem mestu se spreminja Biti cenjen, dobri odnosi s sodelavci in seveda kvalitetno razmerje med zasebnim in profesionalnim \u017eivljenjem.
