Znanstvenici sa Sveu\u010dili\u0161ta Fudan u \u0160angaju predstavili su prvi potpuno funkcionalni 2D flash \u010dip, kombiniraju\u0107i ultrabrzu 2D memorijsku tehnologiju sa zrelom CMOS platformom na bazi silicija.<br><br>Ure\u0111aj podr\u017eava 8-bitne instrukcije i 32-bitnu paralelnu obradu s nasumi\u010dnim pristupom te posti\u017ee u\u010dinkovitost memorijskih \u0107elija od 94,3 posto. Brzina rada prema\u0161uje postoje\u0107e flash tehnologije, \u0161to ozna\u010dava prvu uspje\u0161nu integraciju 2D materijala sa silicijem.<br><br>U eri umjetne inteligencije, gdje je brzina pristupa podacima klju\u010dna, ova inovacija rje\u0161ava jedan od najve\u0107ih izazova modernog ra\u010dunarstva, a to su spore i energetski rasipne memorijske arhitekture.<br><br>Tim je u travnju razvio prototip PoX 2D flash memorije, posti\u017eu\u0107i brzinu pisanja od 400 pikosekundi. Ovo je najbr\u017ee ikad zabilje\u017eeno pisanje u memoriju. Integracijom u postoje\u0107e CMOS platforme, znanstvenici su zna\u010dajno smanjili vrijeme do komercijalne upotrebe.<br><br>Koriste\u0107i fleksibilne 2D materijale i modularni pristup, stvorili su stabilne veze izme\u0111u 2D sklopova i CMOS podloga na atomskoj razini, omogu\u0107uju\u0107i u\u010dinkovitu komunikaciju izme\u0111u dviju tehnologija.<br><br>\u010cip je ve\u0107 zavr\u0161io fazu uklanjanja s trake, a pilotna proizvodnja i pro\u0161irenje na megabajtni sustav planirani su u sljede\u0107ih tri do pet godina.
