Novi mikrorobot dug je samo 0,1 mm (oko 100 mikrometara), \u0161to zna\u010di da bi tisu\u0107e njih mogle stati u jednu \u0161pricu. Robot nema motore ni baterije u tradicionalnom smislu; njegovo kretanje pokre\u0107u specijalizirani fotonaponski nanoreaktori koji reagiraju na lasersku svjetlost.
