Dizajniran za podatkovne centre i zahtjevne AI zadatke, ure\u0111aj \u0107e zapo\u010deti s komercijalnim isporukama u nadolaze\u0107im mjesecima. S ovim modelom, Arm je napravio veliki korak naprijed na tr\u017ei\u0161tu servera, kojim su dominirali x86 procesori.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Novi Arm Neoverse AGI procesor koristi dizajn s dva \u010dipa, proizveden od strane TSMC-a na njihovom naprednom N3P proizvodnom procesu. Kupci \u0107e mo\u0107i birati izme\u0111u 64, 128 ili 136 Arm Neoverse V3 jezgri, koje rade na frekvencijama izme\u0111u 2,8 i 3,7 GHz. Zanimljivo je da svaka pojedina\u010dna jezgra fizi\u010dki sadr\u017ei 70 jezgri. U najsna\u017enijoj verziji sa 136 jezgri, \u010detiri jezgre su onemogu\u0107ene, \u0161to poma\u017ee proizvo\u0111a\u010du da pobolj\u0161a u\u010dinkovitost proizvodnje. Svaka jezgra nudi dva 128-bitna vektorska motora i 2 MB predmemorije druge razine (L2), dok cijeli procesor nudi do 272 MB sistemske predmemorije.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dvije komponente su me\u0111usobno povezane putem 32 GT\/s UCIe su\u010delja, \u0161to omogu\u0107uje propusnost do 2 TB\/s. Za razliku od nekih konkurenata, svaka komponenta ima vlastite procesorske jezgre, memorijske kontrolere i I\/O jedinice. To zna\u010di da pristup lokalnoj memoriji ne mora prolaziti izme\u0111u komponenti, \u0161to smanjuje latenciju. Prema proizvo\u0111a\u010du, procesor Arm Neoverse AGI posti\u017ee latenciju lokalnog pristupa DRAM-u manju od 100 ns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Memorijski podsustav jedna je od glavnih zna\u010dajki ove inovacije. Svaki modul sadr\u017ei \u0161esterokanalni DDR5 memorijski kontroler, koji zajedno pru\u017eaju do 844,8 GB\/s propusnosti memorije. \u010cip podr\u017eava DDR5-8800 memoriju i do 6 TB memorije po utoru. Ugra\u0111eni su i posebni mehanizmi za raspodjelu prioriteta memorijskog prometa izme\u0111u jezgri procesora i ostalih ure\u0111aja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Za povezivost i pro\u0161irenje dodatnih kartica, procesor Arm Neoverse AGI nudi 96 PCIe 6.0 linija s podr\u0161kom za CXL 3.0, plus \u010detiri PCIe 4.0 linije, I3C, I2C i SPI su\u010delja. Ukupna toplinska snaga (TDP) je 300 W.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Arm cilja Arm Neoverse AGI procesor prvenstveno na AI poslu\u017eitelje, gdje su propusnost memorije i niska latencija klju\u010dni za visoke performanse. Arm tvrdi da poslu\u017eitelji s ovim procesorima mogu ponuditi i do dvostruko ve\u0107e performanse po racku u usporedbi s modernim x86 procesorima.
