The first Apple Premium Partner store in Slovenia opens its doors in Ljubljana's Citypark

iSTYLE in Ljubljana's Citypark presents the first Apple Premium Partner store in SloveniaIt opens its doors with a grand opening today, August 29, at 10 a.m., and visitors can expect numerous discounts, special activities and prize games.

Store with 125 square meters of sales area, located on the ground floor of the Citypark Ljubljana shopping center, brings a completely new concept of retail space, which is even closer to Apple's own retail stores in terms of design, user experience, and product presentation.

An important new feature for users in Ljubljana is also authorized service, which is now available in the store. The new flagship iSTYLE store will include, among other things: iPhone screen replacement and battery replacement on the same day, as well as professional advice, training, special financing options and programs for buying back or replacing old devices.

The new generation of iSTYLE stores

Apple Premium Partner is a new store concept that Slovenian customers have never seen before. It is a format that is closest in design and user experience to Apple's own retail stores.

»Apple Premium Partner represents a higher level of Apple retail experience, with an emphasis on the quality of the user experience, product presentation, employee professionalism and additional services. The concept includes a specially trained and professional sales team that can help customers with device selection and provide support in using the Apple ecosystem. In addition, Premium Partner stores bring a higher standard of arrangement and product presentation, as well as additional content, such as education and workshops for users, "explained iSTYLE.

The space is designed in an open and modern way, and Apple products and accessories are presented in a way that visitors can try them out for themselves, while professional staff are available for individual advice. An important part of the new concept is also training and workshops, intended for the general public – from the basics of using a Mac and iPhone to more advanced tips for using devices and software more efficiently.

The new store is not only intended for purchasing products, but also consulting, education and long-term support for users even after purchase.

From Apple Premium Reseller to Apple Premium Partner

iSTYLE is already known in Slovenia as an Apple Premium Reseller, and the new store in Citypark represents an upgrade of the previous concept and introduces the format Apple Premium Partner.
