The best Black Friday deals on Amazon

We have been bombarded for a whole month with various advertisements and promises of incredible discounts. Naturally, it's Black Friday time again, which means we scoured Amazon Germany and found some solid deals.

We will update the list on an ongoing basis.

Smartphones, tablets, e-books

• Realme GT 7 Pro (€820): A phone with the latest Snapdragon 8 Elite chip and a huge 6500 mAh battery and fast charging (120W). A phone primarily for gamers, although I suspect it could also do well as a photographer, at least during the day.
• Xiaomi 14T (€470.57): Even at its normal retail price, I praised it and I still think that no phone can come close to it in terms of value. At this discount, however, it is the best mid-range phone. More at test.
  • POCO X6 Pro (€307.46): What the Xiaomi 14T is to the mid-range, the POCO X6 Pro is to the low-end. For three hundred, you get a phone that can do everything, including very good photos in daylight. More at test.
  • POCO F6 (€358.72): A good choice for gamers.
• Xiaomi Redmi 13 (€163.93): For just over €150 you get a surprisingly good phone. I would also recommend it as a first phone for the youngest, because it can do everything and will last for many years.
• Google Pixel 8a (€398.81): A very good alternative to the phones above, especially if you focus more on the camera.
• Google Pixel 9 Pro XL (€1031.35): One of the better phones on the market, but I would recommend at least 256 GB of space. More on test.
• Amazon Kindle Paperwhite (€156.84): For e-book lovers.
• Microsoft Surface Pro (€1,126.71): Snapdragon chip with excellent battery, just check beforehand if they have already arranged compatibility for your most popular programs.

Laptops

• Apple MacBook Air M3 (€1012.91): It doesn't have the latest M4 chip, but it's still one of the best choices for most people who need Apple. You might run out of space quickly, but that can be solved with an external drive in a Thunderbolt enclosure.
• ASUS Zenbook 14X OLED (€1204): OLED and a good Intel Ultra 7 155H chip.
• ASUS ROG Strix G16 (€1536): RTX 4070, Intel i9-13980HX, IPS 165-Hz display...

Headphones and speakers

• Apple AirPods Pro 2 (€204.02): Excellent sound, good noise cancellation and the best choice for users of the Apple ecosystem.
• Samsung Galaxy Buds3 (€111): Excellent wireless headphones with well-balanced sound. They are also comfortable and have a good battery life.
• Sennheiser MOMENTUM True Wireless 4 (€193): For many of the best wireless headphones on the market, the price is appropriate.
• Sony WH-1000XM5 (€275): The latest and greatest from Sony.
• Sony WH-1000XM4 (€193): Still among the best on the market. When they drop below €200, it's worth considering a purchase.
• Bose QuietComfort Ultra (275): A good alternative to Sony.
• Sennheiser MOMENTUM 4 Wireless (€204): Another name vying for the flattering title of best headphone manufacturer.
• Sonos Ace (€352): On test I considered them to be strong competitors to existing brands, but the high price was a big barrier to purchase. With this discount, the purchase makes much more sense.
• Sony ULT WEAR (113 €): Very good and cheap headphones, but there is a known issue with the resistance of the hinges on the frame. More on test.
• Sony ULT Field 1 (€81): A solid speaker for on the go.
