Hisense reveals the price of its gigantic TriChroma RGB-MiniLED TVs

Hisense reveals the price of its gigantic TriChroma RGB-MiniLED TVs

Following Samsung's announcement of its first Micro RGB TV, Hisense has finally revealed the price of its 4K TriChroma TV, which uses similar technology and was first introduced at CES 2025. The 116-inch Hisense 116UX model is now available from select retailers and authorized resellers for around €30,000. The new, slightly smaller 100-inch 100UX model will cost a good €10,000 less.

Classic Mini LED TVs use a backlight made up of many tiny white or blue LEDs, often combined with a layer of quantum dots to more precisely adjust the color of the light that illuminates the pixels on the TV's LCD panel. This approach improves color reproduction and is a more affordable alternative to MicroLED technology. Hisense Technology RGB MiniLED goes a step further. It uses individually controlled red, green and blue LEDs for illumination, further enhancing color accuracy and vibrancy.

According to Hisense, the new TVs can reproduce 95 percent of the BT.2020 color space. Samsung claims 100 percent coverage for its new Micro RGB TV, but the price of its 115-inch model is not yet known.
