Xiaomi has quietly launched its new Redmi 15 5G smartphone in Europe, after announcing it through Indian promotional channels. Although there was no official launch in Europe, retailers in Germany and Poland have already started offering it. Unfortunately, the date of sale of the novelty in the Slovenian market has not yet been revealed.

Compared to its predecessor, the new Redmi 15 5G has a slightly different look. It is powered by the Snapdragon 6s Gen 3 mobile processor, while the 17.5 cm (6.9-inch) display offers 1080p resolution and a high refresh rate of 144 Hz. In practice, this means that the novelty is perfect for both playing computer games and watching video content.

In Poland, the starting price of the Xiaomi Redmi 15 5G smartphone is set at EUR 210, and in Germany it is EUR 232. The basic version contains 4 GB of system memory and 128 GB of internal memory.

Despite its low price tag, the new phone packs a 7,000mAh battery and a 50MP main camera, which is rare in this class. In addition, the device only has an 8MP ultra-wide-angle sensor, although the back of the phone looks like it has multiple lenses.
