Compact desktop with powerful RTX 5070 Ti graphics card
Zotac has expanded its ZBox series of miniature desktops with the new Magnus One compact gaming rig (model EU27507TC), which packs desktop-class hardware into an 8.5-liter chassis.
At the heart of the system is the Intel Core Ultra 7 265, a 20-core processor with 8 performance cores and 12 efficiency cores. Compared to the unlocked Ultra 7 265K, the 265 has a lower TDP of 65W (down from 125W), making it ideal for smaller chassis while still delivering high performance for demanding tasks.
For gamers, the Magnus One is equipped with an Nvidia GeForce RTX 5070 Ti GPU and 16GB of GDDR7 VRAM. The performance is about 20 percent higher than its predecessor and about 18 percent better than the standard RTX 5070, although the actual experience will depend on the cooling that Zotac has implemented.
Memory and storage are provided by two SO‑DIMM DDR5 slots, two M.2 2280 slots, and space for a 2.5‑inch drive. Connectivity is also plentiful.
The price of the new product in the Chinese market starts at 2,571 euros for the base model without system memory and storage. The version with 16 GB of DDR5 system memory and 1 TB SSD costs approximately 2,730 euros. In Europe, the base model is available for around 1,880 euros, while the upgraded version is approximately 350 euros more expensive.
